RENTAL POLICY

Reservations can be made in person or over the phone using MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card. The credit card will not be run for any money unless the order is canceled less than 14 days before the order date. After that, cancellations will result in the card being run for 30% of the rental price. This amount is applicable towards a future rental. Additionally, Rental Me This reserves the right to charge the full amount of the order if cancellation occurs on the day of the order or upon delivery.

Renter agrees to pay for any damage to rented equipment regardless of cause, except reasonable wear and tear, while equipment is out of possession of Rental Me This. Renter also agrees to pay a reasonable cleaning charge for all equipment returned dirty. Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase or cost of repair or damaged goods. Rental Equipment damaged beyond repair will be paid for by Renter at its replacement cost when rented. The cost of repairs will be borne by the Renter, whether performed by Rental Me This, or at the Renter's option by others. The Renter agrees to pay for equipment for all types of theft or mysterious disappearance.

Customers are responsible for loading, securing, and transporting the Equipment. Rental Me This staff are not required to provide loading or unloading assistance (but may do so at their option). Renters are asked to ensure that all items on the order are accounted for. Your signature on the rental agreement indicates your acceptance of Rental Me This' terms and conditions, including responsibility for returning the rented items on time and in their "as rented" condition.

Delivery is available on all items. Delivery charges are based on the destination from Rental Me This to the location where the equipment will be used. Rates also vary depending on the amount of equipment being delivered. Equipment set-up is available and rate-charges apply to the amount of equipment assembled.

Renter agrees to have the site upon which the equipment is to be erected, free and clear of all obstacles, natural and man-made, prior to the arrival of Rental Me This' delivery crew. It is the responsibility of the Renter to obtain proper permits and licensing to operate equipment at the site. Renter should also identify and mark any subterranean power, gas, or water lines prior to the delivery and setup of equipment that necessitates anchoring.

Once equipment is delivered or picked up, there will be no refunds available. If the Renter wishes to cancel their reservation for weather concerns on the day of the event, they must reach a representative of Rental Me This prior before the equipment is loaded and their card will be run for 30% of the rental price. This amount can be applied to a future rental. Rental Me This reserves the right not to perform outdoor engagements when, in staff's judgment, weather conditions would be unsafe or detrimental to the Equipment, or for any other safety concerns, and such determination is in Rental Me This' sole authority. Weather conditions include but are not limited to lightning, wind, rain, or mud. Renter should reserve a suitable indoor location as an alternative site in the event of poor weather conditions.
